Amherst Presbyterian Preschool is gearing up for its annual chili cook-off, the proceeds of which benefit the Preschool's scholarship fund. If you're interested in helping to organize this year's event, the initial organizational meeting will be on Thursday, January 9 – 2:00 at the church.
The Installation Service of our new pastor will take place this Sunday, February 10th at 4 p.m. A reception will be held following the Service.
Finance Committee will meet Tuesday, February 12, at 7 p.m.
On Sunday, February 17th, there will be a Congregational meeting immediately following our worship service. The purposes of this meeting are as follows:
Presentation of committee reports to the congregation.
The Elder Nominating Committee will present candidates for ordination and/or installation to the office of elder and service on the APC Session. Additional nominations are welcomed from the floor.
The creation of a “Building and Renovations Planning Committee.”
The Session will meet Tuesday, February 19th, at 5:30 p.m.
